shutterstock_58259482The Ashe County Corn Maze has been hailed as the ‘Best Little Corn Maze in North Carolina’ and it proves to be a place that all can enjoy each fall. Now that the weather has been changing and temperatures have been dropping, we have seen a fair amount of leaves already change. We don’t expect the peak fall colors until sometime in mid-October. If you are looking for something fun to do with your family this weekend, or any of the weekends in September-late October, head to the Ashe County Corn Maze.

The corn maze can take anywhere from 25 minutes to 45 minutes to hours if you like! There are six “stations” in the maze. Remembering where you’ve been and finding all the stations can be a little confusing but you’ll have lots of fun trying to find your way out! There is plenty to see and do while here. You can spend the whole day playing in the maze, and exploring all of the fun games including the monster sling shot which shoots tennis balls up to 75 feet away. The maze also features jump houses, and a pipe slide.
